Vimoksha Yoga’s 300 Hours Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) is a 26 day program offered by a team of experienced teachers. Vinyasa, also called flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. Vinyasa yoga TTC focuses on giving you the knowledge and techniques required to create your own sequence with synchronized breath work.
